We make fitness FUN, Interesting and Social. .While the workouts are no joke, we leave it up to each participant to decide how hard they want to work. We are not going to yell, intimidate or humiliate anyone.
We never do the same workout two days in a row. In fact, not only do we change the exercises every day, we also change the route we run and the pace we run it. We alternate upper body, lower body and core exercises each day. We may choose to run "Belt Line", "Church Run", " History Center" or many others.
We work out with participants ages 7 to 67, from beginner to Nationally ranked Elite. We are the perfect program for someone who wants to set a new 5K Personal Record!
We meet 5 days a week, every weekday in the Heart of Buckhead.

Instructor Chip Owens is a graduate of The Citadel, The Military College of S.C. He still holds school records there in Track. While working as a stock broker in Atlanta over the last 25 years, he has remained competitive through daily exercise. He has worked out with over 1,000 individuals through Peachtree Road Boot Camp over the last 8 years. He has also shared his love of running with the community through the very popular and fun MLK Day 5K!
